British Columbia, CanadaFruit for this PG comes off their estate Dry Creek Vineyard, plus one in West Kelowna, and one is Savona. Half the grapes were crushed and destemmed, with 6 hours' skin contact, while the remainder saw no skins at all. The whole was fermented cool and aged 5 months on lees in stainless. Round and juicy, with Asian pear, crunchy Anjou pear, fragrant melon on a brief, snappy palate.
