Tantalus Blanc de Noirtext

Tantalus Blanc de Noir 2019

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaHand-picked from a single block of 1985 planted Clone 93 Pinot Noir, this was native fermented in barriques and puncheons over 7 months on lees prior to moving to bottle for secondary ferment and 22 more months on lees. It was disgorged in March 2022 with 5 g/L dosage via their still 2019 Pinot Noir. Fragrant cherry, raspberry blossoms, cherry brioche, almond float along the palate, strung with pithy pink grapefruit and rainier cherry acidity through the salt studded finish. Very singular, and striking.Tasted: 25 June 2022Tasted by: Prices:
