Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe classic edition riesling combines grapes sourced from Seven Mountain Vineyards in West Kelowna and estate fruit from Southeast Kelowna, all hand harvested. Look for floral red apple and honeydew with candied lemon and sweet vanilla through the finish. A bump of residual balanced by acidity still allows for a chance to sip this solo on the patio or to be served with a favourite spicy sushi roll. Half is whole bunch pressed, while half undergoes maceration and cold soaking on skins for 24 hours. The process allows for complex fruit aromas and increased mouth texture. Mission accomplished.
