Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaOld bush vines are at the core of this offering, with plantings from 1935, 1945, 1965 and 1972. After ferment and a long maceration, the wine is aged in an older mix of French and Hungarian wood for seven months before bottling. The style is aromatic with predominately red fruit, including plums and raspberries with a dusting of spice and acidity pushing through the back end.
