Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Garagan Vineyard in Naramata and Capagnero Vineyard in Summerland, this riesling wine aged 6 months in a combination of stainless, neutral French 225L, and neutral French 500L puncheons. All parcels were aged on lees for 6 months prior to blending and bottling in April 2021. Juicy and bright with tangerine, pear, lime, and ginger on a cold cream palate, finishing with lip-soaking limey acidity.
