Play Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their Penticton estate Wild Horse Estate Vineyard and its silty loams, this sauvignon blanc was partial native ferment and rested in a mix of 70% stainless, 30% French oak until early the following March when it was bottled. You can feel the spiced creaminess of French oak poking through the potent grassy green hedge, lemon peel, green apple and green melon leading the medium palate, livened with lime zest and peel to a zippy finish.
