Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Naramata's Thomas Vineyard, this blend of 77.5% sauvignon blanc and 22.5% sémillon was destemmed, cold fermented and blended, aged a short time in stainless. Zesty and bright with grapefruit, Asian pear, tangerine peel on a full palate, lined with sém's inherent oiliness.
