Culmina Family Estate Dilemma 2017

Golden Mile Bench, Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their estate vineyard's high altitude Margaret's Bench vineyard, this utilized Dijon clones 95 and 76, with partial MLF, and ferment and 9 months aging in a mix 20% stainless and 80% French oak (28% new). Rich and creamy and full, with heavy French cream lining the generous base, topped with lemon curd, ripe pear, hazelnut meringue, and toasty spice. Thankfully this weight wine is righted with a lemon pith backbone, holding this upright. Quite polished and posh, and drinking well now.Tasted: 13 June 2021Tasted by: Prices:
