Summerhill Pyramid Winery Organic Gewürztraminer 2020
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe majority of this organic gew comes off the Buchler family's Park Hill vineyard in Oliver, with a smaller portion off of Lilypond Acres vineyard, in Okanagan Falls. The grapes were destemmed and settled in stainless, where they remained for ferment and a brief rest. Off-dry and fragrant with lush peach blossom, apricot, juicy ripe pear, and gardenia florals, brightened with lime zest running the sleek palate. There's a lovely freshness here, easily countering the RS, and bringing this to a bright, lightly ginger spiced finish.
