Summerhill Pyramid Winery Organic Gewürztraminer 2020
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe fruit is purchased, mostly from the organic Park Hill vineyard in Oliver, with a smaller portion out of Okanagan Falls. The style is off dry, but it much fresher and more vibrant than its Demeter biodynamic brother. The aromas and flavour dance across the palate with rich peaches and peach and pear blossom that dissolve into an intense palate of peach, litchi, lime sprinkled with ginger. Despite a strong sweet undercurrent, the freshness keeps it all in line and makes it a lot of fun to sip with or without food.
