RMX by Ingo Grady 2018
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRMX is an Ingo Grady remix of GSM. This year's is a 32/27/14/21/6 blend of syrah, malbec, grenache, mourvèdre, viognier (the latter co-fermented with the syrah). The whole aged in older oak and stainless for 20-24 months. Super perfumed, with sweet plums, blackberry jam, violets, cracked pepper along a cushy, shorter palate, framed with toasty / sticky tannins, finishing with a swell of heat and a violet candy.
