Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPouring an opaque colour, the nose and palate are awash in blackberry and blueberry highlights flecked with earth, leather, pepper, licorice, and sagebrush. The tannin management is scary good, with soft, lush textures enveloping most of the palate. Rich and indeed intoxicating, it is a winner. Over the years, this wine is gaining refinement and looks like it is becoming a serious label.
