Gérard Bertrand Change Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Sud de France, FranceThe Change series concept is about being the change. In this case, the Bertrand grower partners are asked to “Be the Change” by converting from conventional to organic farming. The colour is green/yellow, the nose a citrus, green melon affair. The attack is less aggressive than many sauvignon, playing on riper fruit and slightly less overall acidity than you might encounter in New Zealand. On the palate, lemon-lime, green melon, and creamy lees. Ready to drink and most any light seafood dish will do here.Tasted: 15 February 2021Tasted by: Prices:
