Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their estate vineyard planted in 2000, this was native fermented in an older oak foudre before moving to stainless for MLF and a few months' rests, before bottling unfined and unfiltered. Balsamic, dark plum, tart sour cherries flood a downy palate, with smokey/soft tannins guiding this to a short, tart, drying finish.
