CedarCreek Platinum Clone 115 Pinot Noir 2018
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis year CedarCreek released three single clone Home Block Pinot Noirs, all from Dijon clones planted on their estate silty loams. All were fermented and aged similarly, for an ultimate geek tasting experience. This clone 115 was native fermented in stainless before 14 months in French barrels and puncheons. Silken and gentle, with perfumed red fruit and a natural bright and lifted acidity, tannins are long and light, leading this lithe red to a gently spiced finish.
