Gérard Bertrand Terroir Fitou 2018
Fitou, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceFitou is a wonderful style to embrace, and the Bertrand grenache/carignan is a prime example. The palate is lush and fleshy with round, ripe, vibrant red currant, cherry, and wild raspberry. When you can't take any more, a savoury garrigue undercurrent cuts in to freshen the finish.
