Beaujolais Villages, Beaujolais, Burgundy, FranceFrom schist and pink granite soiled vineyards in the Bojo-V AC, this underwent semi-carbonic fermentation, as is tradition in the region. Red-fruited, with red florals and light peppery notes seasoning a medium+, silken body. Tannins are sinewy and fine, acidity is lifted, and the whole quite polished and drinkable.
