Joseph Drouhin Morgon 2016

Morgon, Beaujolais Villages, Beaujolais, Burgundy, FranceDrouhin's Morgon vineyard is filled with broken schist and mica, typical of the Cru. These gamay vines underwent semi-carbonic ferment and a short stint in stainless, for a clean, easy, forward Morgon. Raspberry, morello cherry, candied strawberry is wrapped with tight, lightly grippy tannins. Acidity is bright to the short finish. This is the easiest, most straightforward Morgon you may try, so drink now, with lighter duck or mushroom courses.Tasted: 02 November 2019Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
