Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis wine has undergone a lot of change over the years, moving from a racy, old-vine, bone dry wine to this slightly more accessible version. Make no mistake; this still carries the chenin telltale striking acidity. It's just now clothed with lemony quince, yellow and green apple, biscuit and lemon pith that riffs along the finish. Snappy, bright, and undoubtedly unique, pour this for your acid-loving / chenin loving friends (often one in the same).
