Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaChenin's sharp, bracing acidity shrieks throughout this tight traditional method sparkling. Lemon pith leads, with gooseberry, lime zest, green apple, orange sherbet, and friendly, gentle Froot Loops sweetness filling the palate. There's a grippy riff of stony minerals present to texture the Okanagan orchard fruit. Great tension and structure, with longevity ahead.
