Classic black cherry with perfect spicing all supported by lively energy that penetrates the palate. Licorice, plums, peppers, and forest floor are all present in exquisite balance, daring you to drink one glass after another. It was perfect with grilled chicken but would be equally excellent with mushrooms and pasta.
