Poggio Bonelli Chianti Classico 2016
Castelnuovo Berardenga, Siena, Tuscany, ItalyPoggio Bonelli Chianti Classico is a 90/10 mix of sangiovese and merlot all grown in the Castelnuovo Berardenga area of Siena. The south-facing hillside vineyards sit between 350 and 360 meters above sea level. The winemaking is with a stainless steel ferment, followed by 10-days maceration on skins, ten months in older wood tonneaux and three more months in bottle.
