Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWith partial estate fruit, this was fermented in mostly stainless steel,with 8% in French Oak and Stainless Steel Barrels, and the whole rested on lees in stainless for 3 months. Off-dry and vibrantly so, this lively riesling explodes in the mouth with lime pulp, lemon peel, sherbet, and racy acidity, nimbly balancing the 20.6 g/l RS. So much fun, this snappy little wine.
