Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their estate in Okanagan Falls, this is a 70/30 chardonnay/pinot noir blend, whole cluster pressed, and with 28 months on the lees. Showing nice development on the palate, with a creamy bed of lees, citrus, green apple, and anise. Nice bright acidity counters the richness on the palate, dosed with a mere 2 g/L.
