Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRetasted nine months along, and this Lake Country pinot noir is holding well. Wood is mellowing, further softening the downy soft cherry, raspberry, vanilla-scented fruit. Whole berry fermented, this was aged nine months in American and French oak, yielding a Sonoma-meets-Okanagan red.
