Tinhorn Creek Chardonnay 2016

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRipe, sweet, rich and overt, with perfume musk, apple butter on the creamy palate. From their Black Sage Bench's Diamondback Vineyard, this is 20 year old vines, partial whole cluster, partial oak fermented (French and American), partial MLF, all sounds great in theory, but this is left as a disjointed wine at this stage. Pointed perfume, red apple, sweet wood, gingerale to a shorter finish. Happy to see the return of acidity however, aiding to freshen this wine.Tasted: 09 October 2017Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
