Tinhorn Creek Chardonnay 2002
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA blend of barrel fermented juice and some that sees only stainless steel leaves this chardonnay balanced and vibrant. Pear and butter mark the nose along with more of that bread dough (garlic lees) nose. A streak of citrus keeps it lively and the creamy finish appeals.
