Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaEvolve is the new Okanagan label from a very old Okanagan name - McWatters. Harry's daughter Christa Lee Bond oversees this line, meant to be affordable and approachable. The pinot blanc is a good example of the style - soft, fruity, round orchard fruit including peaches and red apples, finish with a fair bit of sweetness (candied fruit) flavours.
