Highly perfumed gooseberry, lime pith, garden florals and ripe pear lead into this mid-sweet ehrenfelser, from vines up to 38 years old, some of the oldest in Canada. Splashes of gewürztraminer and riesling join the party, all fermented in stainless to preserve purity. Fine notes of peach fuzz, spice and orange blossoms and a hint of bitters linger on the finish.
