Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFor years I suggested BC aromatic varieties be bottled and ready to go May 1 following the vintage. I would only add a screwcap to my wish list for this otherwise delicious CedarCreek label that is just coming into the market. Love its floral, orange, mineral, spicy, nose and flavours. So fresh and inviting, this just off dry white is an attractive bottle of wine. Think spicy foods, even sweet and sour BBQ spareribs.
