Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWinemaker Darryl Brooker has done a masterful job with his first ehrenfelser seemingly upping the acid to even better balance the sweet fruit of this showy white wine. The nose is a delightful mix of floral tones with tangerines, ripe apple and pink grapefruit aromas. The attack is fresh and crisp with a taut mixture of fresh fruit flavours including more juicy tangerine, melon, peach and gooseberry. A classic patio white this will also make any spicy Indian or Thai dishes better.
