Quails' Gate Dry Riesling 2015

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFloral soapiness pervades this light riesling through to the finish, accompanied by fresh pear, bitter lemon, with a narrow thread of acidity, but ample blousiness around the corners. Though labeled dry, a slight bump of sugar is felt on the palate. Thirty-year-old vines from Mt. Boucherie were fermented cold over four weeks to retain some of the bright orchard fruit.Tasted: 23 June 2016Tasted by: Prices:
