Liquidity Chardonnay 2014
Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe style is fairly consistent here with a nutty creamy mineral nose with a swath of freshly mashed pear. On the palate it remains lively and skinny with more citrus, nutty pear fruit notes. A little softer and creamier than the 12 but still with a nervous underbelly. Food friendly our picks are halibut or roast chicken. All the chardonnay comes off the Allendale Vineyard.
