Liquidity Chardonnay 2016
Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRound perfumed lemon, cream aromas with pillows of white peach fill out the estate chardonnay. A spicy, rich custard-bodied white with clean, grapefruit zest finish. The fruit is clone 76 chardonnay from two sites on the Allendale Vineyard in Okanagan Falls, planted 1994, and 2010. Crushed before pressing, this began fermentation in stainless before being racked to French oak (only 16 percent new) for the remainder of ferment, battonage, partial MLF and ten months aging.
