Fort Berens Pinot Gris 2015
Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaRound and ripe, this full-bodied, fruity pinot gris from Lillooet's Fort Berens Estate Vineyard was complemented and co-fermented with 18 percent fruit from Blind Creek Vineyard in the Similkameen. Partial oak ferment and partial MLF further upped the richness, resulting in musk melon, overripe pear and yellow apples, with sandy spicing and a bitter fruit on the finish.
