Florence, Tuscany, ItalyBlack cherry, smoky, spicy, gamey, light leather and licorice root aromas. Dry, elegant, fresh palate but a bit lean with light, tight tannins. Savoury, peppery, sausage meat, menthol, black cherry and cedar flavours. Tight structure but fruit, drink now with roast meat. The fruit is estate grown it’s aged in wood (2nd and 3rd fills) for 12 months.
