Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaExpect an open, leesy, oaky nose with notes of asparagus, guava and lemon curd aromas. The palate is creamy where more toasted wood, smoked stone enters, cut with a sharp citrus, bitter pithiness. They finish is dry with dry wood tannins too.
