Burrowing Owl Sauvignon Blanc 2019

Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, Canada2019 is a 91/9 mix of sauvignon blanc and semillon, the latter grown in Keremeos, and when tasted alongside 2018, it shows a little less vibrancy. The nose is lightly scented with notes of gooseberry and desert scrub with just a hint of oak. 35 percent is barrel fermented and aged in oak for three months. The palate is dry with a mix of citrus and lees. Best now with food or leave to age through 2020 in the bottle.Tasted: 14 June 2020Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
