Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFresh, menthol minty smoky cedar nose with savoury, gamy hints. The attack is round upfront with an immediate buildup of tannins from front to back under notes of black cherry, resin, licorice, tobacco leaf and sour cherry flavours. Tart savoury spicy notes mark the finish.
