CanadaMirai is North America’s first Champagne of Sake. The unique 500ml bottle is sold in limited quantities from the highly dedicated sake producer on Granville Island. The passion of Masa Shiroki, and his now BC grown rice, is present in very bottle. We loved the feint tropical fruit notes on the nose and palate together with its rich textures and persistent flavourful yeasty notes throughout the finish.
