Sonoma County, California, United StatesThe regular Sonoma chardonnay is 60 percent barrel fermented and aged in barrel for six months the remainder is cold fermented in stainless steel. The result is a fairly bright nose of with a gentle touch of lees and toasted oak. The fruit is a mix of pear, apple and pineapple with just enough acidity to keep this juicy, slightly sweet chardonnay fresh.
