Church & State Wines Lost Inhibitions White 2014

CanadaA new line of wines with various catchy / questionable labels, the Lost Inhibitions wines question wine packaging conventions and open conversation, presumably more so as the bottle is drunk. Our white wine bottles were labelled "You're so Effin' Special" and "Gimme Some Lovin'", two in the series (of 100!) of colourful names (both in language and colour). A blend of viognier, riesling, gewürztraminer, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc, this full bodied, ripe aromatic white carries 14 percent alcohol across a creamy, floral and spicy orchard fruit basket. Peaches, apricots, yellow apples, pear, lychee and pink grapefruit share space with fragrant roses and pithy lime. Fresh sage and jasmine spiciness finish with noticeable heat. Pour on a patio with lemongrass chicken skewers and mild green curries.Tasted: 25 May 2015Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
