Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaI cracked this, pulled from my cellar, with Sunday night roast chicken. I'm glad I held on to this pinot noir / gamay blend from five years ago (!) as it's drinking beautifully right now. Scented black cherry, dried strawberry, dried herbs and savoury earth aromas. The palate has worn well with time, knitted and seamless flavours of red and black cherry, sweet dried cranberry, wild strawberries and cracked black pepper over smoothed, fine tannins.
