Blasted Church Unorthodox Chardonnay 2013
Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe secret here is the blend of the aromatic musqué chardonnay clone (73 percent) with a 13/10/4 mix of chardonnay, ehrenfelser and gewürztraminer, the latter two bringing more aromatics, spice and a dash of orange to the mix. Expect a fairly rich chardonnay with expressive up front fruit salad flavours but with enough acidity to appear fresh.
