Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe secret here is the ripe, aromatic musqué chardonnay clone that adds body and flavour to what is essentially an almost off-dry chardonnay. The late harvest hang-time contributes to the richness of the wine and its bright tropical fruit orange flavours. A perfect wine with enough residual sugar to really be effective with spicy Indian or pan Asian dishes.
