ItalyTormaresca is the Antinori project in Puglia where the family ancient varieties are revered. The wine is organic and the mix is 65/25/10 aglianico, cabernet sauvignon and syrah all estate grown. We love the spice and intensity of this red blend that strangely mixes minerality with super ripe, raisin-like, cherry flavours. The palate is rich and dense with soft, warm, spicy fruit spilling on to the finish. Perfect for lamb osso buco.
