Friuli-Venezia Giulia, ItalyThe Attems PG delivers most every years as evidenced by 2013 and the winemaking uses three terroirs, sand, clay and compressed sand to allow the fruit to express itself in different ways from an area between Collio and Isonzo. It is fermented and matured in stainless steel as well as new and used barriques yielding an electric mix of minerality, pear and spice with citrus and a dash of almonds.
