Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaA much better version this year with more classic floral nose, ginger, bacon and a black pepper, savoury black fruit aroma. The attack is soft with bits of acidity poking through the mid-palate followed by resiny peppery, tobacco, resiny sausage and black fruit flavors. The finish is long spicy and warm.
