Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLight lees, honey, vanilla, apple skin, light mandarin aromas. Round, fresh, dry and oily in the back end despite a lean initial palate. Honey, orange, spicy, ginger, vanilla, lees flavours with a slight bitterness on the finish. This improves with some air and seems to open up so perhaps keep it a few years and it will surprise to the upside.
