Canterbury, South Island, New ZealandA fresh go-to sauvignon blanc blended from some 30-plus parcels of fruit spread across 13 vineyards in the Wairau Valley. Tropical notes mix with of lemongrass, lime and passion fruit and finish with a pepper/mineral undertone. Dry crisp, clean, and food-friendly it calls politely for steamed mussels or grilled prawns.
